I’m writing to let you know that I had a VERY positive experience while speaking by phone with Randy recently. On Friday, 9/11/2015, I had a small question regarding my rental bill. Randy went out of his way to resolve it. He was patient and king, and I appreciate it all very much. I have rented a space at TSS for about 15 years.
