Here at Pouch Self Storage – Anaheim, we not only remember our regular tenants by name but their unit number as well. This particular trade craft came in very handy one day last week. One of tenants arrived in a big pick-up truck and I recognized her immediately. I knew she was coming in to make a payment as per our discussion from the day before. As I logged onto her account, she was trying to negotiate her vehicle into the parking space. No go. So, she just parked it right in the middle of the parking lot. I saw she was in a hurry.
