  • POUCH Happening – Police Escort

Friday morning, tenants were in and out of the facility all day. Suddenly we saw two cars pull in escorted by a police car. These two groups came in, inquiring about a storage unit. The police officer that escorted them had to keep them separate as the inquired one at the time. The first group was the landlord and the second the tenant.

The landlord wanted the tenant to rent with POUCH because our facility is safe, secure and we provide a free truck move. The tenant however, did not believe we are a safe facility and provided a free truck move at no cost, as they believed there’s always a catch. The police officer was here to make sure both parties agree to store with POUCH and avoid further conflict.

After showing them the unit size and tour of the facility everyone agreed, and all left satisfied.

  • POUCH Happening – Family Move

Family Move Large families make moving into storage much easier and faster. Today, a family of 10 moved their entire house in less than 90 minutes into our truck. A FREE move-in service to all of our tenants. It was very inspiring to observe the coordination and organization of everyone pitching in. After it was all done, I mentioned that they all were better movers than some of the professional movers we have on site. They said they were happy to get it done quickly so they could relax and enjoy the rest of the day. We were happy to help make it happen.

  • POUCH Happening – POD

A tenant called and said he’s been stressed out because his company provided him a POD to use for the supplies to be stored in his unit. He said it will be delivered by a big trailer and he has no idea how will this work. We told him to relax and we’ll take care of the rest. A few days later his POD was delivered and we called him. He came in and to his surprised we got it all covered for him. We had his POD unloaded in one of our vacant RV Spaces and he transferred the items to his unit all at the same day. He was so relieved that we made it for him and his company added one more unit.
