One of tenants arrived in a big pick-up truck and I recognized her immediately. I knew she was coming in to make a payment as per our discussion from the day before. As I logged onto her account, she was trying to negotiate her vehicle into the parking space. No go. So, she just parked it right in the middle of the parking lot. I saw she was in a hurry. She rushed into the office and said, “ I’m in a hurry and need to make a payment. “ Her account was already on screen, I processed her payment and she was out the door in 50 seconds. She ran out the door saying thank you on the way. She said, “ You guys are the best! “

We have a young man who has been with us here a Pasadena for 4 years. He and his wife have been trying to have a baby for over 7 years. Several months ago he decided to buy himself a toy , a Mercedes “ with all the extras”, well they found out in December 2014 that they were pregnant and they shared with us in the first week in February. And they just had their ultrasound and found they are having a “BOY “we were the 2 ^nd individuals they had told about their great news. Oh, the Mercedes is now up for sale

We had a little excitement here at Pouch Self Storage – Anaheim on Sunday. One of our tenants came in and told us there are 3 small chemical containers near a tree in front of our facility. We went to investigate and found all 3 looked suspicious and were leaking. It was very close to the sidewalk that kids use all day. We returned to the office and notified the authorities. We believe it was better to be safe than sorry. The dispatcher said, “We’ll send someone out right away.” A few moments later, 3 police cars and a fire truck arrived at the scene. They taped off the area, took pictures and looked up the name on the containers with their Smartphones. Soon after, another fire vehicle arrived with 2 men to investigate further. They carefully placed all the containers in the truck and left the scene. The other emergency vehicles followed. The fireman thanked us for the call. We were just doing what we thought best for our community.

We have a tenant who has been with us for quite some time, they now have three large units. He said he is finally moving out because his business has been growing and he needed a much bigger space with an office. So we told him that we have another sister facility that could probably work for him. He however, needed it here in Fountain Valley. He said that we have provided him great customer service and his business did very well while renting with us. He added that he already talked with another tenant to rent the units that he is vacating from. The other tenant is also a long term tenant and his business has been growing as well. We’re so glad to know that we have very satisfied tenants that the word spreads out and we’re always happy to know that they are moving forward with their business and not just moving out.
